How nice of me, right? My dear friend, she’s so polite. She listened to my grumblings and then softly spoke the words I keep on my desk to inspire me, “choose joy, Denise”. I told her she was right. How to Create a Positive Environment to Inspire a Positive Mind
My Mom regularly reminded us kids, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.” Once we expressed our feelings, we were done. We were not permitted to “admire the problem”.
