A recent study out of the University of Warwick concluded that people are more productive when they are happy. 12% more productive, to be precise. My Mom regularly reminded us kids, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.” Once we expressed our feelings, we were done. We were not permitted to “admire the problem”.
